Jim Tenhundfeld - President
The newest addition to the Frost team is Jim Tenhundfeld. Jim joined Frost as President on August 17th, 2009 and will be working with the Partners of Frost to grow the company by enhancing our business relationships and service to our customer base.
Jim brings with him a broad range of insurance knowledge and management experience that will be beneficial as Frost continues its expansion. Most recently, Jim worked at Great American Insurance where his responsibilities included managing the GAP program and other insurance programs offered in conjunction with consumer lending.

Jo Anne Brashen - Partner and Director of Specialty Products
Jo Anne joined the Frost & Associates agency in 1986 after spending 9 years in Credit Union management. Jo Anne is well versed in all product lines, but specializes in retirement plans and credit union bonds/management liability insurance programs. Jo Anne is a Series 7 Registered Representative and she has over 20 years of experience in providing all types of retirement plans to credit unions, coordinating her efforts with investment companies and third party administrators for seamless turn-key programs.

Marilyn Fadenholz - Partner and Director of Frost In-house Sales
Marilyn Fadenholz started working with Credit Unions over 25 years ago when she joined the Frost & Associates agency in 1981. Her current duties include installation of new products and providing on-going training and support for our Ohio Credit Union clients and their staff. Marilyn lives and works in the Northern Ohio area where she serves approximately 50 clients in all areas of support for the various products provided through Frost.

Phil Markwell - Partner and Director of National GAP program Sales
Phil was a founding partner of Frost Financial Services (Frost) in 1995 and has been involved in the Credit Union movement for nearly 20 years. Since 1999, Phil has primarily been involved with the development of Frost's GAP products and services. Phil's current responsibilities include new product development and managing distribution channels for the Frost GAP program.

Roger Irvin - Partner and Director of Information Technology
Roger has been actively involved with the development and deployment of the VisualGAP system since it's inception in 1999. In 2004, Roger joined Frost as a Partner and has been responsible for managing the rapid growth and success of the VisualGAP web tool. Today, Roger helps manage all aspects of Frost's internal corporate technology needs and the VisualGAP system.

Jared Behler - GAP Claims Manager
Jared joined Frost in 2004 and has been responsible for building the GAP Claims department. Jared is also actively involved in the overall Frost agency technology plan and has been responsible for several key technology initiatives in the Claims department. Under Jared's leadership, the GAP claims department has become extremely efficient and our standard processing time is less than 48 hours for completed claims.

Brianna Campbell- GAP Data Entry Manager
Brianna (Bree) has been providing quality service to our clients since 2003. The GAP Data Entry department has been in charge of handling the rapid growth of our GAP Waiver information as the Frost client base has grown from approximately 400 to more than 1000 clients. Brianna and the GAP Data Entry department have been able to successfully handle this growth by streamlining processes and implementing more efficient technology solutions.

Laura Doughman- Accounting Department Manager
Laura is one of the newest members of the Frost team and joined the company full-time in 2008. She has quickly become a valuable resource for the entire Frost team and has excelled in her role as GAP Accounting Department Manager. The GAP accounting department is responsible for the timely and accurate processing of all new GAP business and the proper flow of funds to and from clients, brokers and insurance carriers.
